Customer Support at Bigbasket is the first point of contact to customers and ensuring their queries or complaints are resolved resulting to customer Delight.
Key Responsibilities
✓ Responsible for receiving inbound calls and address customer queries.
✓ Answer calls professionally to provide information about products an services.
✓ Understanding customer requirements.
✓ Providing the right customer experience.
Skills and Competencies
✓ Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in English,
Hindi & Kannada language, persuasive skills, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.
✓ Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
✓ Customer service orientation.
✓ Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
✓ Good interpersonal skills
✓ Ability to handle pressure
✓ Attention to detail and accuracy.
✓ Flexible in shifts (7am to 11pm) 6 days a week
Education and Experience
✓ 12th / Diploma (3 Years)/ Freshers
✓ 1-2 Years of experience into Telecalling/Telemarketing/ Customer Support
Job Location Bangalore
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
