Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations for a property enhancement company providing commercial light construction, landscape and custodial services for more than 10 accounts totaling over $4.5 million in gross revenue annually. These duties include ensuring that GMS is sufficiently staffed (85 full time, employees) and that all resources and funds needed to operate efficiently and smoothly are being properly allocated (includes coordinating staff schedules, maintaining supplies/ inventory, implementing professional development strategies and contract review). I also work directly with upper management to develop budgets and create financial forecasts in order to ensure GMS remains solvent.
