Notify the Supervisor of any breaches to the Security & Safety of the Property.
- Liaise & Coordinate with the Tenants to attend to their Issues and Requests. and Resolve them satisfactorily.
- Liaise & Coordinate with Potential Walk-in Tenants to show them the Property.
- Liaise & Coordinate with the Maintenance Contractors to attend to the Tenants Service Requests and Complaints.
