Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Monitor the indent placed by each sales person including that of own.
  • Coordinate with Plant production & A/c to ensure timely delivery of Soya Oil.
  • Dealer visit.
  • Follow up Overdue payments of credit dealers directly or through concerned sales person.
  • Monitor Soya Oil performance compare of Suguna brand vis–vis Competitors brands.
  • Check & monitor various Soya Oil quality parameters.
  • Analyze & report market survey data & competitor information collected by sales team.
  • Monitor Yellow list dealers visit by sales team & visit dealers of own list to convince & convert.
  • Submit weekly reports: Tour report & Survey report
  • Prepare & submit dealer-wise targets to achieve overall monthly sales target of the BU.
  • Submit Yellow list conversion report, discuss issues/ideas & submit new Yellow list for the month
  • Submit Credit proposals (if any) with justification & KYC plus Bank Statement
  • Conduct dealers meeting
  • Plan & execute Marketing activities as approved by BU Head.
  • Any other work essential as per current Business need
