Job Overview
Objective: Dominate the market in terms of both sales and collection volume building extremely strong reputation and relationship with the customers based on trust and End-to-end quality of service.
Sales Executive responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of all the products in scope and quality needs of our customers – Dealers, Public and Private Projects and other sources requiring building materials.
- Insights on the various manufacturers, brands and competition covering the products in scope and any expansion potential
- Travel to the respective regions within and outside Mysore and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and add new customers.
- Strong knowledge of End to End process involved for new and existing customers
- Understanding the competition both offline and online and identifying opportunities to compete and collaborate
- Building strong camaraderie/rapport with the customers and making strategic and tactical level agreements to keep a strong pipeline of sales from repeated and new customers
- Ensuring all the customers comply with KYC policy, credit policy and meet the objectives of any special schemes developing stronger relationships for long term.
- Bring in additional insights based on the evolving needs of customers and increased competition from different fronts.
- Deliver on the sales and collection targets along with the targets for customer level and product level and region level.
- Liaising with all the team members internally and delivering top quality service to customers
- Be operationally excellent in execution enabling to dominate the market in terms of total costs per unit being the lowest in the market
Success metrics:
- % increase in sales and collection per month/quarter/annually
- % increase in customer acquisition and retention (at least 2 orders per month)
- % increase in product level sales
