Job Overview

• Answering company phone professionally
• Send emails to clients about presentations and follow up with regards to appointments and meetings
• Scheduling for client training and appointments
• Update and follow through with database for attending training sessions
• Provide professional hospitality service for customers when they come to the office
• Place orders for walk in customers and customers that sales do not communicate with
• Inform Office Assistant about stationary items for office, and/or necessary items required
• Writing up accurate and grammatically correct correspondence.
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents/updating the system Data
• Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
• Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
