We are hiring for L1 Support Engineer Jobs in Mysore
Technical Knowledge / Skills:
Ability to identify hardware problems (Display, SMPS, RAM and Motherboard).
Installation, repair, upgrade, update and troubleshooting for OS/Application Software’s.
Installation, updating, rollback and uninstallation of Device driver with built-in as well using.
Data recovery and backup.
Peripherals (CCTV/printers/Scanner/Biometric & Add-on cards) devices installation.
Basic printer troubleshooting.
Handling antivirus, updating, scanning and removal.
Working knowledge of Windows XP/7/8 & Basic Linux.
Ability to identify network components (NIC, Hub, Switch, cables, Modem) Cable crimping.
Basic knowledge on IP Address, Subnet mask, Default gateway, DNS and DHCP Basic Connectivity
checks of LAN, Problem rectification etc.
Knowledge on Remote management software such as Team viewer, Ammy admin etc.
To ensure continuity of existing AMC and FMS Projects through constant customer interaction and
Marketing for the AMC and FMS capabilities of company through existing and new customers and
growing the business vertical.
To explore larger opportunities outside the traditional domain of Company using its credentials and market presence created over several years
To ensure sufficient focus is provided to the Service & Support Vertical of Company Business and aid in growth of business and profitability.
To build & develop the support team in order to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction.
To constantly address gaps in competency levels in the team and bridge such gaps through learning and development skills
