We are currently hiring for Customer Support Executive / Technical Support Executive for our Client which is a leading BPO. Roles are open in both voice and non voice segments.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist with solutions to customer queries and complaints
- Need to troubleshoot technical issues related to customer’s services
- provide assistance to customers on queries relating to their Products and Services via CHAT or voice
- Provide best solutions to customers by understanding their issues and concerns
- Conduct quality monitoring on voice calls and chats.

Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate should be Minimum 12th pass
- Fresher and Experience are eligible to apply
- Rotational Shifts/Rotational Weekly off’s
- Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills
- Should have good command over English Grammar and Fluency in English
- Work experience in BPO industry will be an added advantage
