Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist with solutions to customer queries and complaints

Need to troubleshoot technical issues related to customer’s services

provide assistance to customers on queries relating to their Products and Services via CHAT or voice

Provide best solutions to customers by understanding their issues and concerns

Conduct quality monitoring on voice calls and chats.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidate should be Minimum 12th pass

Fresher and Experience are eligible to apply

Rotational Shifts/Rotational Weekly off’s

Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills

Should have good command over English Grammar and Fluency in English

Work experience in BPO industry will be an added advantage
