  • Lead calling
  • Answer or make calls to customers in a professional manner
  • Schedules patient appointments and enters required information in the system in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain database ensuring accuracy of patient’s transactional information.
  • Verify and update insurance information.
  • Track and log activities daily.
  • Process and complete online appointment requests.
  • Handling customer complaints, follow-up calls.
