In this position, you will answer all incoming calls from our customers, answer inquiries, resolve problems, and fulfill requests. Call Center Job Duties and Responsibilities
Answer all incoming calls
Provide excellent customer service; answer questions and inquiries
Resolve customer complaints and problems; offer possible solutions
Manage call center database; enter new information as necessary
Up-sell accounts when appropriate
Maintain working equipment
Follow company regulations and report malfunctions
