Business Head – Treatments
As a Business Head, you will lead a team of 800+ employees, and be responsible to deliver excellent growth, profitability and strong customer experience and culture. You will help shape the direction of the business as it goes through the next stage of its growth.
You will be responsible for preparation and execution of business plans and strategy in the treatment space in order to achieve the targeted P&L and drive all facets of revenue generation and identify opportunities for growth of business, keeping in mind the company’s vision, mission, and brand values.
Complete P&L responsibility for the assigned Business Units
As P&L Head, will be responsible for delivering strategy and top & bottom line growth for assigned businesses
Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets
Identifying new streams for revenue growth & developing domestic & international marketing plans to build consumer preference
Implement strong processes & systems and drive efficiencies and operational excellence to deliver consistency and performance.
Demonstrating consistent process improvement and best practices to improve efficiencies and cost savings
Developing & executing effective marketing plans in conjunction with the Marketing Head, designed to assure achievement of business objectives
Transforming the customer journeys and experience with digital transformation
Team Building & Leadership – Hire and develop high calibre teams, who can deliver exceptional customer experience, growth and sustain the same – build an environment that motivates people to thrive in their expertise and deliver aggressive results
Budgeting & cost optimization, revenue expansion and people management

You must have the passion and entrepreneurial spirit to lead with proven experience of scaling a business, in high, service & customer-driven industries. Skilled in managing multi-functional teams, coaching them for achieving business and individual goals combined with strong analytical, decision making, negotiation and change management skills.
Qualification & Experience
Full time MBA
15-20 years of experience
High analytical skills, business acumen, the ability to thrive under pressure, decision making, tech savvy, ability to handle crunch situations
Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
CTC: INR 50-65 L PLI
Reporting to: Director
Direct Reportees: 4-5 people, indirect: 800
Age bracket: 38-45 yrs
Target Industry: Any Services, preferably healthcare
