You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Manage and build large teams in line with strategy built for company’s growth
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Create new strategies to build a sustainable competitive advantage for the company
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Build a cross functional team with excellent team members in accounting, operations and logistics
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Excellent team management ability
Ability to handle pressure and handle conflicting priorities
Ability to judge new hires and hire the best candidates for each position.
Excellent logical and critical thinking skills
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
MBA’s in Finance or General management are preferred from a well reputed institute. Freshers are welcome.
Compensation will be base salary plus excellent performance bonus.
