Job Description

Ability to do direct sales of fintech products from lead generation to disbursement of unsecured business loans / Healthcare finance of different NBFC fintech firms. Job role involves creating association with business groups to enable business loans for specific industries / group of businesses. Compliance to policy and processes of the principle organization. Should be able to cut across different industries and target business through innovative methods of generating potential leads. Monthly plan to be shared at the beginning of the month for the given targets.

Skillset expected

Strong interpersonal skills is one of the key requirement as the job involves direct selling, coordination with different teams to deliver the set targets. Good communication skills with strong ability on negotiation. Well-groomed as per grooming standards. Aggressive approach being a direct sales Professional Should possess basic analytical skills and should be a quick learner. Ability to present to groups on product / processes and highlight the uniqueness of our products. Should demonstrate target oriented working style to deliver the set KPIs.
