Job Description
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and all employees, and supporting them with requests which they might have
Managing stocks of office supplies
Building and maintaining office processes and guidelines
Ensuring both the reception area and all meeting rooms are kept clean and organised
Ensuring all office equipment and appliances are kept in good working order and coordinating any maintenance as and when required
Liaising with the finance team to process office related invoices and managing petty cash
Any other ad hoc office dutes as required
Skill-sets and Requirements
Highly organized, and smart disposition
Driven and comfortable working within a busy environment
Education & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience working within an administrative role, ideally within the finance sector
Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Maltese will be considered a strong asset
