Job Description

DUTIES:
Building and executing a social media strategy for the various brands
Generate, edit and share engaging content that builds meaningful connections
Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
Manage websites to ensure content is relevant and current
Manage brand helpline and responding to customer queries
Building and maintaining relationships with bloggers and online communities
Collaborate with design and marketing departments to coordinate actions

REQUIREMENTS:
A completed marketing degree or Honours degree (with modules covering Social Media)
At least C in Core Maths in Matric
Advanced computer skill
Creative thinker who enjoys writing and creating content
Strong IT skills
Good written English skills and strong verbal communication are essential
Ability to research and expand upon a subject following initial briefing
Strong organisational skills
Team player, self-motivated, honest and loyal
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented
