PA to the Director: handling/ management of the Directors diary, booking of the Director’s Flights, completing the Director’s Filing.

Complete monthly reports, as per departmental specification.
Required:
- Past office administration experience
- Matric
- Intermediate/ working understanding of MS Word and Excel skills
- Telephone etiquette- excellent phone manner
- Well organised
- Good attention to detail
- Good writing skills
- Energetic and well presented
