Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Midwife to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide holistic maternal care, from prenatal to postnatal stages, ensuring the highest standards of safety, empathy, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to women and newborns
- Monitor fetal development and maternal health, identifying any complications
- Support and guide women through labor and delivery, ensuring a safe birthing experience
- Educate patients and families on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery
- Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and nursing staff to deliver integrated care
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to hospital protocols and DHA regulations
Requirements
- Valid DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License
- Recognized degree/diploma in Nursing and Midwifery
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a hospital setting
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
