Position Overview:

We are looking for a ServiceNow SPM Certified Lead to drive Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SPM, ITBM, and ITSM, along with expertise in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and solution architecture. This is an onsite role in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, offering a great opportunity to lead enterprise-level ServiceNow projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SPM implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Architect, configure, and optimize Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and ITBM modules.

Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and consultants to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

Drive ServiceNow scripting & automation using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies, & Flow Designer.

Oversee ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs & Web Services.

Implement best practices, governance, and performance optimization within the ServiceNow platform.

Mentor and lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality solution delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

8 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development & leadership.

ServiceNow SPM Certification is mandatory.

Expertise in SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), ITBM (PPM, APM, Agile, Demand Management), & ITSM.

Hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting & automation (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies).

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and reporting.

Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and MID Server.

Ability to gather business requirements, provide technical solutions, and drive enterprise implementations.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
