Our company is looking for suitable candidates to fill a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson position, the role requires a professional who possesses expertise in various construction trades and can perform a wide range of tasks on a construction site.

Duties & Responsibilities

The required Skillset must possess a minimum of 3 and 1 trade qualification in one of the below:
• carpentry, and Overseeing project scheduling
• bricklaying.
• Plumbing.
• electrical work.
• plastering,
• tiling,

Successful candidates will be required to:
• Perform a wide range of construction tasks across different trades, such as carpentry, bricklaying, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, tiling, and more.
• Use your skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
• Follow project plans, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate execution of work.
• Asses required materials, tools, and equipment for specific tasks.
• Procure necessary materials and ensure their availability on the construction site.
• Organise and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for efficient use during the project.
• Conduct repairs and installations of various components, fixtures, and systems according to project requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during repairs or installations, employing problem-solving skills.
• Ensure proper functioning, alignment, and safety of installed components.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices on the construction site.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure its proper utilisation by oneself and others.
• Follow established safety protocols to prevent accidents and promote a secure working environment.
• Analyse challenges and obstacles encountered during construction tasks.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and adjusting work methods accordingly.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12

Preferably a relevant trade test.

Code B Driver’s License
