Can anyone give me a cortisone shot in my left shoulder

I desperately need a shot of cortisone in my left shoulder as soon as possible.

I am the primary caretaker of my father who is a disabled Vietnam veteran. He had 5 surgeries in the last year and a half. Unfortunately,I am limited to what I can do to help him due to my chronic shoulder pain.

I am also dealing emotionally with the recent death of my mother as well yet no one willing to help me out

It is unreasonable for the doctors to expect me to go through numerous tests physically therapy and different medications just to end up telling me I need a cortisone shot in my left shoulder

I have been getting the run around from the doctors about why they feel I don’t need a cortisone shot or wanting to send me for multiple MRI and X-Rays
