Roles
Should be able to spend 4-6 hours on daily basis
The requirement is exclusive on Revenue sharing basis.
Should have experience in Recruitment - Screening, Sourcing, and interviewing for minimum 4-5 years with Any Recruitment Consultancy.
Exposure to Healthcare, Distribution, Logistics, IT, Trading advantage
Ability to interview mid and senior level candidates.
Excellent English Communication.
Willing to start immediately
Responsibilities
Finding and attracting qualified applicants for open positions.
Review resumes through different job portals, focusing on skills matching up best to the requirements.
Conduct telephonic interviews to analyse required skills and sorting applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Meet all recruitment timelines successfully the multiple clients, as assigned. Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with vertical Manager/Team leads
Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Providing recruitment reports to team managers
Create and maintain productive relationships; effectively network and influence candidates.
Maintaining recruitment tracker and regular update to management with recruitment progress.
Experience in IT Industry will be an added advantage.
Desired skill set
Minimum 3 year experience in recruitment
Recruiter experience in HR consultancy is a must
Experience in head hunting, database search, indeed, LinkedIn etc.
Schedule interviews with onsite and off shore managers.
Good at MS Excel
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in Hiring platforms like Indeed,,Naukari and Monster
Should have own laptop & smartphone & Dedicated Internet.

Salary: On commission based (you can earn between 30k to 60k plus monthly)
Requirement is to work from Home.
