Job Description:
1) Coordinates and oversee all functions and activities of the Showroom from opening to closing time (Control/Monitor/Manage).
2) Encourage and facilitates improvements in the customer services.
3) Ensure the work standards, Business Goals, Objectives are met in efficient manner.
4) Prepare various Reports, Procedures, Correspondences, and Presentations.
5) Prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
6) Manage, Engage & supervise the staff, appraise for promotions/rewards/disciplinary actions.
7) Make sure the employees will complete all the designated work before leaving for the day.
8) Build and establish Customer Relation Management.
9) Implement the proper transit system. (Secured and on time delivery of products).
10) Responsible for Discounts, Collections, Expenditures, Compliances and showroom stock Inventory (Complete Billing cycle and Warehouse operations).
11) Position standard operating procedures and trainings.
12) Emergency services.
13) Ability to define facts and valid conclusions.
14) Develop Resource for Business.
15) Business Reports to Management.
16) Project Sales Meets. Outdoor Indoor Display management.
17) Courtesy calls to customers.
18) Draw the strategy for upcoming Business year.
19) General meet and on job training to newly joined employees.
20) Verify and observe all Transactions and functions.
(Verify/Clarify/Certify all Purchases or Documents Generated.)
21) Inspection of store and warehouse regularly.
22) Be Observant of the showroom.
23) Complete ERP management. (Actual and sale margin).
24) Implement Sales schemes for encouraging customers and staff.
25) To make rational decisions on various customers Claims and demands.
26) Authenticate customer’s payment terms.
27) Price management/Daily Transactions/Rate changes.
28) Project billing information to management.
29) Manage/Modify/ Create Users and Resolve ERP Issues.
30) Constantly focus on motivating sales team to achieve company targets
31) Fixing meeting with architects
32) Handling customer complaints
33) Make sure every customer is attended
34) Follow up sales target/scheme with sales staff periodically
